Class Rescheduling & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for classes. However, if you need to reschedule an upcoming class, a $50 rescheduling fee per student applies. To reschedule, you must pay the fee at least 48 hours before the class start time. After making your payment, please email us with your preferred future class date. You may only reschedule into classes that have available seats, as shown in the drop-down menu.

Important Policies:

  • No refunds or rescheduling for no-shows.

  • If you do not pay the rescheduling fee at least 48 hours before class, you forfeit your seat with no exceptions.

  • The class will not begin until all students have arrived, as the directions at the start of class are very important. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, you forfeit your seat, and no rescheduling or refunds will be offered.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may gift your seat to a friend or family member at no extra charge. Just email us their name as soon as possible so we can update the roster.

  • These small classes often sell out well in advance, so please plan accordingly and let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

We pay to rent a shared space and commute hours into the city to continue offering these classes in Brooklyn. Because of these costs, the rescheduling fee applies to all Brooklyn-based classes. However, for classes held in our new main location in Sugar Loaf, NY, you may reschedule free of charge as long as you notify us 48 hours in advance.

All our classes are intentionally kept small so students receive personalized, step-by-step guidance from the instructor. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
