This ethically sourced skin comes from a butcher shop in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. Michael Fagan hunted this deer on an exotic game farm spanning over 100 acres, which operates a farm-to-table butcher shop on-site. The deer was harvested for its venison, and the skin is a byproduct of this process, and would have otherwise been discarded by the butcher shop.
